For this sale only (today 4-8-20), we will be offering in-house shipping for the paper lots only, via mailing tubes. The cost will be as follows:
> $17.50 per lot (not including insurance)
> $2.50 per additional lot (not including insurance)
> $15.00 flat charge (not including insurance) if an additional tube is required.
Additionally, during these trying times with COVID-19, we know that shipping and pick-up can be a challenge. Please communicate with us after the sale if you have any concerns or would like us to hold your items until you are available to pick them up. We will not hold items that are not paid according to our Terms and Conditions. The local UPS store is still open for your shipping needs: Colleen Babcock, 845-565-2300, Store1747@theupsstore.com. After you make arrangements with The UPS Store, send an email to us authorizing the to pick up your lot(s) with the number(s) and instructions for us to hold for shipping later, if necessary.

What types of services do you offer:?
AY offers complete Auction and Estate services. Under our auction umbrella we offer services such as auction sales of consigned items, private treatise sales (when requested by a client), appraisal services and advisory services for collections, acquisitions, and dispositions. Our Estate services focus on providing each estate with the maximum financial return based on the individual estate's circumstances. We offer a suite of options from simple consigment of several pieces to full clean out services, e.g. the sale and disposition of all non-real property coupled with a broom clean house/buildings.
How do I consign with Austin York?

What types of items do you take on consignment?
We try to provide our buying clientele with unique, valuable, rare, and beautiful works or art, design, decor, jewlery, and accoutrements. We seek to limit our consigment offerings to quality merchandise of this calibre. We do however, handle more general merchandise through our estate channels.
What are the fees?
We have a sliding commision schedule for sales of property. The higher the value the lower the commission. Million dollar items can be consigned commission free.
